Prior to forming AMI, Dr. Crabtree retired as a Colonel from the US Army. During his clinical career Dr. Crabtree specialized in restoring form and function to active duty, retired and VA beneficiaries with special attention to caring for victims of facial and extremity trauma. He also has particular expertise in breast reconstruction to support those affected by breast cancer. As a combat veteran himself, Dr. Crabtree understands the often-times complex and unique health care needs of our deployed service members and the challenges the system can present.

Rear Admiral (Ret.) Scott Giberson was selected by The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) as one of the “Top 100 Veterans in the Last 100 Years You Need to Know”. He retired as an Assistant U.S. Surgeon General and two-star admiral with the U.S. Public Health Service. RADM (Ret.) Giberson held executive positions as the acting Deputy U.S. Surgeon General, Director of Commissioned Corps Headquarters, and Director of the Indian Health Service (IHS) National HIV/AIDS Program.
